The Microsoft Quiz For Java Developers

I remember one sysadmin telling me around the time Vista rolled out, “I heard if you play the install CD backwards you can hear satanic verses! Its worse if you play it forward though—it installs Windows!”

Developers like their jokes, but their aversion to closed source, high price tags and proprietary interfaces only strengthened arguments for Java developers to keep Microsoft out of their projects.

But Microsoft has made some surprising gains in the past year. Take the quiz, and see what we mean—it might even be enough to reconsider Microsoft’s reputation entirely.
