We already have an app modernization strategy; how can this help?
You may already have an app modernization strategy, but you might not be satisfied with the speed at which you’re seeing results. The Rapid Portfolio Modernization program helps you accelerate and execute your strategy so you can see results in weeks and months, instead of years.
Do we have to use the tools?
No! You can take part in the Rapid Portfolio Modernization program without using VMware’s tools. However, the tools help automate and speed up the process. Most of the tools we use are purpose built for portfolio discovery and analysis and some have been open sourced.
What’s delivered during the “Explore” phase?
During the “Explore” phase, you’ll uncover modernization strategies that can be applied to your portfolio, identify portfolio pains and opportunities, and set a roadmap of reasonable steps forward.
What’s delivered during the “Navigate” phase?
During the “Navigate” phase, you’ll build out a robust app modernization strategy through research, technical spikes, and business analysis; deliver an outcome-based plan; and enable your team with required skills.
What’s delivered during the “Accelerate” phase?
