Syam Suri, Head of Digital Engineering at Verizon will discuss their journey towards cloud-native architecture and outcome based agile development methodology. The session highlights the end-to-end transformation of their tech stack from monolithic to API driven, cloud-native microservices architecture with the goal of achieving more focus on value creation and reduce the operational bottlenecks.
