Making Transformation Real at CSAA (Ep. 64)

March 27, 2018 Jeff Kelly

This week, Jeff and Dormain chat with CSAA’s Kyle Campos, who is Technology Operations Manager for the auto insurer’s digital services organization. Kyle talks about the strategies he and his team took to transform CSAA’s approach to software development, offers advice to other would-be transformation leaders about how to get business buy-in, and explains why there are some things you just can’t learn until you’re running in production. There's also a Chris Rock reference or two, which is always a good thing.
