Xtreme Talks at TEDxSiliconNorth

May 20, 2011 Pivotal Labs

Xtreme Labs participated in TEDxSiliconNorth this past Wednesday. Two Xtreme employees spoke and showcased three of our apps, focusing on finance, news and sports.

Hosted by David Crow, TEDxSiliconNorth took place May 18th, 2011 in Toronto, Ontario. It featured talks by some of the city’s brightest thinkers including our very own Farhan Thawar, VP, Engineering for Xtreme Labs and Agile Engineer Dwayne Forde, who delivered a 7 minute demo. Farhan’s talk will soon be available online, so be sure to come back to the blog to see it!

“Created in the spirit of TED’s mission, “ideas worth spreading,” the TEDx program is designed to give communities, organizations and individuals the opportunity to stimulate dialogue through TED-like experiences at the local level.”
