The new Customer Portal is designed to be very user-friendly. Adding features such as Single Sign On (SSO), Support Entitlements, Ticket and User Management, you will also be able to:

- Learn about Pivotal’s support offerings & policies
In particular, we think users will love the newly redesigned Knowledge Base. Designed to be self-service Knowledge Base, it is easily searchable from anywhere in the portal. The best part? No waiting! Find your answers quickly and easily to common issues and get back in business sooner.
