1 more reason to use MDPress – GitHub Pages

August 14, 2013 Cameron Cundiff

Yesterday I found another reason to love working with MDPress for creating presentations.

MDPress is an open source tool that generates HTML presentations from Markdown content. It’s great for someone who works on the command line all day, and who enjoys the conveniences of version control. I recently used it to markup my presentation on Triaging Accessibility Failures.

It turns out that my work defining the presentation semantically in Markdown for MDPress also paid off with Github pages. The predefined templates render the presentation hierarchy beautifully. Try it yourself by autopublishing your presentation markdown file on Github.
