Using VMware Tanzu Application Service and working with Pivotal Labs, Comcast was able to meet a strict 8 to 10 week deadline to launch their AI and machine learning customer service app, the Xfinity Assistant Chatbot. Since rollout, this app has resulted in 40% less customer calls and significant savings for Comcast.
